First time joining the show

Open the interactive floorplan to explore the show layout and see what's available.

Find an Available Booth
Click on any grey available booth to see the category and price.

Select Your Booth
When you find a booth location you like, click on it and in the pop-up menu on the left of the screen, scroll down to the blue "Buy" button and click.

Follow the booking procedure and pay your fees to secure your space.

Sign In to Your Account
Use your Auto Login Link recently emailed and update your profile (if necessary). When you are ready to book, click on the blue "Buy More" button. Can't find your Auto Login Link? Please email us to request it.

Click on Add Table and choose your booth number from the drop down.

Common Questions
What can I sell or display at the expo?
The Canadian Reptile Expo welcomes vendors across four worlds: reptiles and amphibians, plants and terrariums, aquatics and aquascaping, and natural-history curiosities (fossils, minerals, ethical taxidermy, framed entomology, and oddities). All animals must comply with provincial and municipal bylaws.
Are live animal sales permitted?
Yes — live reptiles, amphibians, and aquatic life are a core part of the show. Live animals may only be sold from a Reptile or Aquatic booth category. All vendors must follow applicable provincial and municipal regulations, and we encourage responsible, ethical breeding and sales practices.
What is included with my booth?
Every booth includes a defined space, one 8' table, two chairs, shared electrical, a listing on the interactive floorplan, a pair of tickets to giveaway on social media, a custom ticket discount code, and 2 exhibitor wristbands.
What if I'd like more than one space?
Double, triple, or larger configurations are available and sold in multiples of single booths. One additional exhibitor wristband is included with each subsequent booth you book.
When is load-in and tear-down?
Saturday set-up is typically available from noon to 5:00 PM, and set-up continues Sunday morning starting at 7:30 AM. Set-up is expected to be complete by 9:30 AM on Sunday in time for doors opening at 10:00 AM. Load-out is not permitted until 4:15 PM the day of the event. Full timing details are provided in your exhibitor kit after confirmation.
